Since starting back in 2014, its ambition has been to unlock the benefits of exercise for as many women as possible by creating a supportive and pressure free ethos. To date TMR has helped over 100,000 women become healthier and happier by creating community based initiatives that enable women to overcome their barriers to exercise.
